Locate your files by following these steps:

- In the dropdown menu, click on "Purchases and Reviews"
- Locate your purchase, then click the orange button to the right "Download Files"
- Then click "Download"

I keep all orders on file for 14 days. In that time frame, if you have a location, date or time change (I know things don't always go as planned) I will make the change at no additional cost. If you make the request after the 14 days you will have to purchase the order again. The reason for this is my software can only hold so many orders at a time without it starting to run really slow.

Due to the nature of digital files, I do not offer any refunds. Once you have placed your order, on instant download items, the files are immediately available for download. I can not retract that link. Therefore the product has been delivered and a refund will not be provided. For personalized orders, if I have already completed the order and emailed it to you there will be no refunds. I will make any revisions that are necessary until you are 100% satisfied with your order. I want you to LOVE it !!

Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another. The quality of printer used as well as the many different types or brands of paper and ink you are printing with can cause color variations. My DESIGNS are not responsible for the resulting color variations due to the many variables involved. I've never had any complaints but alway like to mention this.
