More of an oval, not round as expected for a candle holder, but still a nice piece for a little tea light in a cup. I don't think I'd put any other kind of candle on it or I'd have wax everywhere lol, but I love birch, even more with spalting, curling or mazure. Really nice seller, decent ship time and price. Thank you!
