*BEWARE* Seller displayed poor customer service. He didn't honor my requested refund (based off of his return policy on Etsy), nor did he try to rectify the situation by offering, at least, an exchange. Not to mention his bag also looks totally different than the pictures (which is why I requested a refund). I'm very curious to know who left these reviews...

You can cancel your purchase within 24 hours until the product is ready. We also make returns if the product does not match the description. You placed an order and while the product was on its way to you, you decided that you don’t need it, you can’t do that. When I showed you the return rules, you came up with the idea that the color of the bag was not beige, although from the photographs it was exactly beige. Please respect the work of the craftsmen who make the product. All our bags are made from genuine leather with a very high quality fitting, we are 100% confident in the quality of our products.
