All items sent to the UK will be posted with Royal Mail First Class Signed For unless you have selected a delivery upgrade at the checkout.

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is made and delivered to you as soon as possible, however I cannot take responsibility for orders not delivered by a specific date.

*For orders over the Christmas period, please select Special Delivery for the best chance of receiving your order in time for Christmas. I cannot take responsibility for orders not delivered in time for Christmas due to postal delays.

All items posted overseas are sent International Tacked & Signed with Royal Mail in order to make sure your item is in safe hands until it arrives with you. Please allow upto 10-25 days for delivery if your country is not located within the UK. The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and VAT charged by your country.

Rural addresses - If your address is not serviced by a regular postal service, please contact me to arrange for your item to be posted by special courier. This will incur an extra cost (usually around £50).

EU countries - please be aware that there will be an additional VAT charge / import fee of approx 20% that will need to be paid once your order enters your country through customs. This is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed.

Please be mindful that all my pieces are handmade. I also use natural gemstones within my pieces. Due to this nature, please expect slight variations with each stone and piece of jewellery.
