We format your seating plan to suit any venue layout — from traditional round tables to banquet or long table seating.

Your table plan will be designed to match your seating arrangement, including:

• Banquet seating with guests shown opposite each other
• Continuous guest lists for long tables

Simply send your table details and we’ll take care of the layout.

SIZES
A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm) — ideal for large weddings & statement displays
A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm) — suitable for approx. 4 to 32 tables
A2 (42 × 59.4 cm) — suitable for approx. 4 to 18 tables

Table numbers are a guide and depend on guest numbers and name lengths.

Send your guest list and table details via Etsy message
Receive a proof to review and approve
Once approved, we print and dispatch
Sending your information

• Please send names exactly as you would like them to appear (including spelling, capital letters and punctuation)
• Do not worry about formatting or layout — we will arrange everything for you
• List each table name followed by the guest names
• Please do not send spreadsheets or Excel files

Table names can be used instead of numbers. Very long table names may reduce text size.

TOP TABLE INFORMATION
If your design includes a horizontal top table, please send names in a vertical list starting from the far left seat.

The Bride & Groom are usually placed in the centre — please reflect this when sending your information.
