Printable Garden Plant Labels: Vegetable & Herb Seed Organizer (PDF)

Print your own vegetable labels or tags with or without images. These digital templates (PDF format) are made for labelling and organizing garden seeds including common vegetables and some herbs (see list below) grown in Canada and the United States. There are four different templates matching common Avery label formats.

I've been an organic gardener (Ontario, Canada, zone 6b) and garden writer for many years, growing flowers, vegetables, fruit, nuts, trees, shrubs, and vines. I use these labels primarily to organize vegetable and herb seeds by basic groups (beets, broccoli, cauliflower....). This way I can stash all the different varieties of each species/plant type together for easy reference.
