I can not say enough good things about this shop or the seller, Jenny!! I ordered a couple of her beautiful mugs for my sister in law for Christmas and unfortunately one of the mugs originally arrived broken about a week before Christmas. I messaged Jenny and without hesitation she sent another one immediately and informed me that it may not arrive before Christmas but it DID arrive before Christmas!! Thanks to her quick action and care I was able to gift my sister in law these beautiful drip mugs and she LOVED them. Jenny also added a very cute little snowflake ornament to the package which I thought was a very cute touch. I will definitely order from her again if I want to gift a unique hand made item.
