I need my item by a specific date—what should I do?

If you have a deadline (wedding date, travel date, fitting date, etc.), contact us before or immediately after ordering. We can discuss whether expedited production and/or shipping is possible for your item and destination. Please note that expediting isn’t always available, but we’ll be transparent about what we can do.

Do you offer “try at home and return what I don’t want”?

No. We are a specialized bridal fashion store, and we do not offer a “home try-on” service. Ordering multiple items with the intention of keeping one and returning the rest is not feasible for a made-to-order bridal business and would make operations unviable.

What if I place multiple orders for similar items to try different options?

If we receive orders for multiple items from the same range (for example: several tops, pants, shoes, etc.) in the same size for the same person/address—even if placed using multiple email accounts—we will treat this as an attempt to “try on at home.” Those order(s) will be canceled and fully refunded to protect the business and ensure fairness to all customers.

What is your return/exchange deadline?

We will not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days have passed from the exact moment the delivery is completed, and we do not make exceptions. Please review your delivery date and contact us immediately if you believe something is wrong. Not reading the conditions (or claiming you didn’t know) is not considered an exception.

Who pays shipping, returns, and customs costs?

All shipping, return shipping, and any customs/import fees are the responsibility of the customer. This applies to initial delivery as well as any return shipment (where returns are eligible). If you’d like help estimating shipping or understanding how customs may apply to your country, message us and we’ll do our best to guide you.

How do bras and bodysuits run in size?

Our bras and bodysuits use the Spanish–French sizing system. Please choose the correct equivalent for your country using the size chart and measurements. If you’re between sizes or unsure, write to us—we’ll help you select the best option.

Can I return or exchange made-to-order items?

Because many items are made to the customer’s measurements, they are often not eligible for return. Made-to-order bridal items are personalized products, so they generally cannot be resold. If you’re unsure about fit or design details, please write to us before ordering—we’re happy to help you choose correctly.

How long does made-to-order production take?

Made-to-order timelines vary depending on the item, materials, and current production volume. Your order typically needs time to be made/manufactured before it can be packed and shipped. If you want an estimate for a specific item, please message us and we’ll tell you what to expect. Most of our bridal pieces are made to order, meaning they are created specifically for you after you place your purchase. Because of this, your item won’t ship immediately like ready-to-ship products. Production time is normal for high-quality bridal fashion and helps ensure careful workmanship and a better final fit and finish.

Will you ask me for measurements, and why are they needed?

Yes—many pieces are made based on the measurements you provide, which is essential for bridal wear. We may contact you to request specific sizing details to complete your order correctly. Accurate measurements help us reduce fit issues and ensure the item is made to your specifications. If we message you requesting measurements or other essential order details and you do not respond, we may be unable to proceed with production. In that case, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, since we cannot complete a made-to-order piece without the required information.
