Custom and personalized orders

Within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed, the prints you have picked will be emailed directly from Blue Sky Printable Arts (bluesky.wallarts@gmail.com) to the email address you used at checkout. The email will provide the download links to your selected prints. You can download your files as many times as you want. Please note that custom orders do take a little time to prepare. If you haven't received your prints after the 24-hour period, or have trouble downloading your files, please contact me.

Can I request custom edit for the prints I want to buy?

Yes. I can custom-edit the prints to some extent like sizing, changing the texts on the prints, changing colors, etc. with no fee. But before making a purchase, you should contact me about how you would like to customize the designs so I can confirm whether I can make the changes or not.

Please refer to the size chart and size guide to determine the printable size you want.

If you need a different size from what included in the downloads, feel free to reach out to me.

You can print at home, at a print shop or via an online printing service.

For the best quality, at least 200gsm paper is recommended. The most common types are matte, satin and glossy paper.

Colors may vary slightly both on screen and physical prints due to different monitors and printers.
