Unclaimed / Returned Packages

Delays & Lost Packages

Delivery times are estimates and depend on postal services. If your order is delayed, please contact me - I will help investigate the shipment. Postal investigations may take up to 30–90 days. If a package is officially declared lost, a full refund will be issued. If the package is eventually delivered after a delay, no refund will be issued.
