2. Include at least 3 clear photos of your subject(s) as well as a description of their breed and personality.

3. Choose the size of your portrait.

4. Place your order. (Choose number of people/pets and background.).

5. Receive your digital portrait FAST via email.

2 people/pets: 3-8 business days
3 people/pets: 4-8 business days
4 people/pets: 5-8 business days

Q: What are your business hours?
A: I'm available any day from 3 pm to 7 pm (PDT).

Q: How large will my portrait be?
A: It can be any size you like. Let me know the dimensions you're looking for.

Q: Will my portrait be good for printing?
A: Yes! Let me know if you want a printable version of your portrait, and the image will be done in its respective settings.

Q: If I'm not satisfied with my portrait, can it be redone?
A: For sure! I can do one minor revision of your portrait upon request. This can include redrawing a face, adding/removing a prop, or repositioning a figure. There will be no extra cost to the first minor revision.

If you think your portrait could still use a little polish after the first revision, refer to the "Extra Revision" listing.

Q: Can I cancel my order at any point?
Yes, as long as I haven't yet started the portrait. I will notify you when I'm about to start drawing. If you wish to cancel, please let me know immediately.

Q: Will I get a physical copy of my portrait?
A: You will only receive a digital file. But it will be optimized for you to print at a store near you.

Q: How will I receive my digital download?
A: I will send you an attachment via email.
