After each piece of glass has been designed, it is carefully heat treated. This process helps to ensure lasting luster and elegance.

All my products are safe to hand wash with a sponge using most dish washing liquids, except the ones that have abrasives in them or bleach.

You can use warm or hot water, just remember DO NOT SOAK OR SCRATCH !!!

I try to do my best to pack items extra careful with lots of protective bubble wrap, but sometimes you may get a package that is damaged/broken...PLEASE TAKE A COUPLE OF PICTURES of the damaged item in the box as you open it and after also, so I could claim the damaged product. Contact me please right away! I will not except returns 2 days after delivery.
