Please message me if you have an issue with this or any other of my listings. With that being said, * I am only responsible for the quality of the image once it is downloaded* For example, if 50 people buy the same listing *EVERY SINGLE PERSON WILL RECEIVE THE SAME IMAGE WITH THE SAME QUALITY*

Once something is listed & then purchased, Etsy is responsible for providing you with the download.

It is up to the buyer to know how to work with the file & transfer it. It is also up to the buyer to know how to work their printers. Please keep that in mind before leaving a review. Again, everyone is provided with the same download so if you see that people have had a good experience with the listing you have purchased & you have had a bad experience it is likely that there has been some sort of technical difficulty on your end. Please do your research on the difference between PNGs & SVGs before purchasing. PNGs are not always compatible with being transferred onto objects from certain devices. It is recommended that you purchase or use SVGs if you are cutting with a cricut.
