There was a mix up with the sale price not including the delivery cost but the seller contacted me straight away and we sorted it out. Dispatch was quicker than I expected and delivery didn't take as long as I thought. The pillow itself is a slightly duller colour than I'd imagined but cannot fault the quality. It's thick and full and comfy and I don't think it will lose it's shape
