I bought my printable artwork. Where can I get my files to download?

Your files are instantly accessible for download at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases as soon as your payment has been processed. You can also access your files by: 1. Logging in to your Etsy account 2. Click on YOU (top right) 3. Select PURCHASES and REVIEWS 4. Find your order 5. Click on DOWNLOAD FILES (the files will go to your "Downloads" folder) You will get an email with your download details if you made a purchase as a guest. Please check your spam/junk folders too. If you need any help then please message me and I'll help you right away.

How do I download the printable files on my mobile phone?

There isn't a file download function available in the Etsy app right now. Instead, please visit www.etsy.com/your/purchases to download your files using the web browser on your phone.

I'd like to print my files later. Will my files still be available, or will they expire?

Your download links will not expire. You can download the files whenever and as many times as you wish.

What types of printable files will I receive?

You'll receive these sizes to print: 8x10 inches 11x14 inches 16x20 inches 18x24 inches A4 / A3 / A2 size

How do I get my artwork printed?

There's three excellent methods for printing: 1. Print at home or in the office 2. Use an online printing service 3. Print at a local print shop

In what format are the files available for download?

They are all in JPG format, however, if you prefer a different format such as PDF, I'd be happy to provide that for you.

My printable is not printing at the correct size. How can I fix this?

If your print is coming out too large or not at the correct size, here's a quick fix: 1. Open your printable file and go to the print menu. 2. Look for “Print Options” or “Print Settings.” 3. Find the setting that says “Page Scaling,” “Fit to Page,” or similar. 4. Select “Actual Size” instead of “Fit” or “Scale to Fit.”

Can I use the files from your shop for commercial purposes, like printing on products to sell?

No, the items in my shop are for personal use only. You’re welcome to print them at home, work, or a print shop to decorate your space or to give as gifts. However, they cannot be used for commercial purposes, such as printing on items like mugs or t-shirts to sell. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out!
