What's your processing, shipping and delivery time?

We process and ship all our orders in 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary from 3-5 business days depending on your location. Expedited processing and shipping available upon request. Please message us for more details!

What file types do you accept?

For custom design/logo files, the most preferred file type is high resolution transparent PNG, but we accept all PNGs, JPGs and even PDFs. If you send us your file we can review it for quality and printability, free of charge!

Can you print on both sides on tote bags?

We offer double-sided printing to ANY of our totes as a purchasable add-on. We also offer additional customization option on the inner pocket of ANY of our totes for an extra personal touch for that perfect gift. Message us for more details! Note: double-sided printing is not available on our pouches.

What printing method do you use for your totes and pouches?

We use our own sublimation printing technology to ensure the highest quality print! Sublimation printing means your print will be "one with the bag" where the sublimation ink is infused into our canvas fabric. That means your design will never crack, peel, or rip!

Can you print my favorite design on t-shirts? Sweatshirts?

We can turn any of your favorite designs into t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, mugs and more! Message us for details!
