What files are preferred?

We prefer your logo be sent to us in .ai or .svg format. The logo needs to be outlined (including fonts). If you need help with this please reach out to us via message and we will help you the best we can. However, we can work with most file types for print including: JPEG, PNG, or PDF If we need a different file type than what you have access to we will let you know!

Some fonts do not have special characters but we will reach out to you if there is a problem with the personalization you provide and the font you choose.
