How to download files?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that Etsy sent to you after purchase. (Emails are not sent by us, but automated through Etsy.) IMPORTANT! Downloads will not work through the Etsy app! You must log in through a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc) to download your files. More info here: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949

FableArtsCo designs may used in handmade items that are sold such as a junk journal, scrapbook, card, jewelry or mixed media art piece in small quantities (20 units per design lifetime.) For larger scale selling or reselling, a license must be purchased. No digital selling or reselling is allowed.

All files are sold as-is. You can print different sizes at your own discretion, but quality is not guaranteed if you print outside of the sizes included. Please read descriptions carefully to make sure it works for your project. Thank you!

Can you email my files to me?

No. We cannot personally email files to customers. Please read download instructions carefully. All downloads and emails are automated through Etsy's website. Please reach out to Etsy's tech support if you need more help.
