2. To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file to a new location.

There are 2 ways to download files:
① Through Web Browsers (Safari, Chrome. Etc.)
Please login to Etsy on any web browser. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. Your download will be available immediately through your Etsy receipt. The digital files will be sent to your Etsy account for download within 15-20 minutes of your purchase. You can download the files by going to "Your Account" > "Purchases" scroll down and look for your purchase,and download from the blue button (Files ready to download).
② Through your e-mail
As soon as your payment is done, you will receive an e-mail from Etsy, with a download notification separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal. Please check your spam or junk inbox. If it’s not there, add transaction (at) etsy.com to your address book or safe list.
