Since custom-made products are manufactured individually according to customer specifications, i.e. according to the customer's own specifications or preferences, they are excluded from revocation.

Here we refer to § 312g para. 2 no. of the BGB (Germany):

§ 312g Right of withdrawal:

(1) The consumer is entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with § 355 for contracts concluded outside business premises and for distance contracts.

(2) Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

1.contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Da es sich bei Sonderangefertigten Produkten um eine individuelle Fertigung nach Kundenspezifikationen, also nach eigenen Vorgaben oder Präferenzen, handelt, sind diese von einem Widerruf ausgeschlossen.

Hier verweisen wir auf § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. des BGB:

§ 312g Widerrufsrecht:

(1) Dem Verbraucher steht bei außerhalb von Geschäftsräumen geschlossenen Verträgen und bei Fernabsatzverträgen ein Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 355 zu.

(2) Das Widerrufsrecht besteht, soweit die Parteien nichts anderes vereinbart haben, nicht bei folgenden Verträgen:

1.Verträge zur Lieferung von Waren, die nicht vorgefertigt sind und für deren Herstellung eine individuelle Auswahl oder Bestimmung durch den Verbraucher maßgeblich ist oder die eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Verbrauchers zugeschnitten sind.
