This time varies according to the type of item you are purchasing. You can view the exact time a particular item will take on the listing page.

Our indoor letters are made from PLA which is a plastic like material that is actually made from corn starch and as such is biodegradable.

Our outdoor letters are made from PETG plastic which is heavy duty and made for the outdoors. It is UV, heat and moisture resistant.

We need 4 pieces of information: The height of your letters, the color, the font you want to use and the word(s) you’re looking to spell.

Sign letters are priced per character and so the quantity of letters you purchase must match the number of characters in the word(s) you’re looking to spell.

Ex. to purchase ‘Welcome!” you would need to add a quantity of 8 letters to your basket.

Yes! To use a logo you need to email shop@spotind.com with your logo in vector format (.ai / .svg) along with the sizing you would like. We can then provide an invoice for the correct amount.

The font you pick is completely up to you. We have some suggested fonts on our listings that work well, but you can also pick from a font website. For example, dafont.com has tons of fonts to choose from.

Please note that while a lot of fonts are free, there are some fonts that need to be paid for in order to use. You will usually be able to tell if a font will cost money to use and if that is the case and you would like to use the font- just let us know and you can purchase the font file and send it to us to use.

Also, there are cases with taller letters where a font may be too wide. If you have concerns on whether the font will work for the size you want, send us a message and we can assist you.

The buyer accepts full responsibility for entering correct shipping info at the time of checkout. Shipments are sent to this address.

If an item is undeliverable, we make every reasonable effort to contact you. Keep an eye on your email or Etsy app after placing an order!

If the buyer doesn't respond within the allotted time frame (usually 3 days), the shipment will either be disposed of or returned to our shop, depending on carrier policy.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable the buyer will need to pay for subsequent reshipment.

Certain undelivered cases may be covered for up to $250 by Etsy’s Buyer Protection Program at the sole discretion of Etsy.

You can always send us a message to request a change (size, color, etc.). There is no guarantee however that we're able to change your order because it may already be in production or already shipped.

If you send us a message to request a change, DO NOT assume that we've accepted the change request unless you receive confirmation from our shop. We reserve the right to fulfill the original order as purchased. Accepting changes is at our sole discretion and accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

We are unable to accept returns, issue refunds or re-ship orders if a change request was not confirmed by our shop. Please double check your selections at checkout and contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions.

You must provide the order number and a detailed description of the changes you are requesting.

If a customer fails to provide this information in a coherent and timely fashion, our shop reserves the right to decline the change request. You will still receive the items you ordered, per the original order.

In a nutshell, we manufacture orders promptly once we receive them. If we've already started making your order, we cannot throw it away and start another one. We are happy to accommodate changes if your order has not already been started.

Our custom letters are made with four parameters in mind: letter height, letter thickness, font style and color.
It is the buyer's responsibility to plan out their sign and order the right font, letter size and color.

We do not offer guarantees on the length of the sign. Most font websites offer a preview feature so you can see how the letters will look when printed. Simple math can be used to determine the total length, knowing the height of the letters you want.
