Each product has a slightly different sizing. Please refer to the shape details photo before deciding what product to order.

How do I apply the decals? 1. Apply acrylic, hard gel, gel color, or nail polish. 2. Cut decal. Place in water for 20-30 seconds. Take out of water and slide off paper backing onto nail. 3. Smooth out any creases and pat dry. An overly wet decal will slide around nail. Make sure to file off all excess decal. 4. Make sure design is fully encapsulated or covered with top coat.

I am not responsible for wrong addresses. I cannot change or edit an address after it is shipped and or delivered. Customer assumes all responsibility for address errors. If you would like a replacement package you will be subject to all shipping cost, Etsy fees, taxes and product costs. The same applies for orders that qualified for free shipping.

Marked as "Delivered" but I did not receive

Once the item is marked Delivered it is not our responsibility any more. The matter needs to be addressed with your local post office. We offer free insurance on packages valued at $100 or greater and or that weigh over 1lb or greater before shipping. For all other packages under $100 customers can request insurance or signature confirmation for a small fee prior to placing the order. We do not refund for loss or damage due to the post office negligence, mail theft, or any other occurrence. All packages are shipped with tracking.

My package says it will arrive later than expected but is still on its way, what do I do?

USPS is running as fast as they can. They are overworked and understaffed. Usually these packages make their way to you within 14 days. However, sometimes it may take longer for the package to arrive to you. I send 90% of packages USPS First Class. If your package is USPS first class and tracking has said this for a minimum of 60 days please let me know and I will refund your purchase. A missing item claim can also be filled out here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. If your package was a priority order please contact me within 15 days so that I can file an insurance claim on your product and get it sorted. Message me for My mailing address to complete form

Do you offer Express or Priority shipping?

No, some packages larger than 1lb I will automatically send it Priority. However, because of Covid and mailing delays USPS does not guarantee their delivery dates for these services because of that I do not offer them.

Your shop is local, do you offer pick-up?

I'm sorry I do not offer pick up. I have found that the time and effort put into scheduling and waiting for pickup and drop off is more of an inconvenience. I understand that times are hard and saving every little bit does help but overall it costs me more on my end.

My order was sent back to you because USPS said it was "Undeliverable".

Please contact me to arrange refund. Once the package arrives at my mailbox I will refund your order cost less the shipping cost. I cannot refund shipping because package being undeliverable is an issue with your housing and or location of your address by USPS neither are errors on my part.

I am always open to dupe requests. Keep in mind I do focus on 90's colors and there is currently a queue of colors I am working on but feel feel to message me with requests. I will be offering custom one off colors in the near future. Message if interested.

I bought mainly for the pink items and I’m so glad i bought two packs because there were only 2 pink stars per pack and needed them for a full set. There was more than enough of the other colors I didn’t even really care about. Just wish the colors were more evenly distributed. But otherwise exactly what I wanted to replicate a set I saw on Pinterest. @thenailkinpin on ig was the set I was doing
