How long does it take to receive a printed order?

Standard production times can be found in the "Shipping" area on each listing. Note that production time ("ready to ship by") is the time it takes to create your order so be sure to factor in shipping time as well. Most printed orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days if a digital Proof is required and approved promptly and USPS Priority Mail upgrade is selected when ordering. Customer Service Hours:

My regular business hours are Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time (excluding US holidays) for communication with customers. I am sometimes available outside of these hours however, the noted business hours are when I am most quickly able to answer questions.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I am not able to offer gift wrapping services for personalized items in my shop as they dispatch directly from my printer. I am happy to include a gift message on the packing slip for you (there is no pricing information on the packing slip).

Will I receive a Proof?

Proofs are sent for invitations and custom design orders and an approval of proof is required before printing commences. For personalized guest books, journals, stationery etc. you will receive the layout of the cover of your personalized item with an order confirmation message from OldWaysFussnFeathers on Etsy. If purchasing a guest book, you will have two business days to request changes after which time your order will begin the printing process. Journals and other stationery go to print quickly for quick delivery, however if you request a change shortly after receiving your confirmation message I can usually accommodate.

Returns and Exchanges

Because the items in my shop are personalized and custom made when ordered, I don't accept returns or exchanges. However, should you receive an item that is imperfect or if I make an error personalizing your item, I have a no-stress replacement policy...send me a pic of the issue and I will replace the damaged or incorrect item, no return necessary.

Will it arrive in time for my event?

• Orders placed on Etsy by Wednesday, June 10 will ship in time for June 27 - June 28 events IF ordered with Priority Mail Shipping upgrade at checkout. • Orders for June 20 - June 21 events can be ordered on my website until Wednesday, June 10: www.oldwaysfussandfeathers.com

Estimated Arrival Dates

Etsy assigns a range of "estimated" arrival dates that are a combination of time needed to make your item along with different shipping options and locations. The earliest arrival times assume the shortest production time and one-day delivery. The longest arrival times assume longest production time and standard delivery to a long distance location. Neither the short end or the long end of the estimated arrival is typically accurate...it's generally somewhere in between. The elegant antique design of this personalized guest book is perfect for a vintage themed wedding or other occasion. The cover is a vintage peachy-pink color and the front of the book features antique French ephemera...a golden frame accented with small flowers with an aged parchment center. This book can be personalized with any wording to suit your preference on the front cover and binding. You can also add a special quote, scripture or other wording to the back cover if desired. There is a picture in the listing of the cover layout as a sample of what's possible.

• Standard Guest Book - measures 7.5" tall, 5.75" wide and a little over 1/2" thick. It is hard bound with 112 lined sheets (224 pages) of 50 lb. acid free paper. This casebound book has a matte laminate cover and includes an attached white grosgrain ribbon bookmark.
• Large Guest Book - measures 8.25" wide, 10.5" tall and a little over 1/2" thick. It is hard bound with 50 sheets (100 pages) of a heavier 70 lb. opaque text paper. The pages are all *blank*. This casebound book also has a matte laminate cover. It is bound with head & tail bands and includes an attached white grosgrain ribbon bookmark.
