Is the buyer responsible for all shipping charges if the item is returned

I do not provide refunds but in the rare instance where I and buyer agree to refund, item must be returned in perfect condition and buyer pays return shipping.

can coupon codes be combined with sales or any other offers

coupon codes cannot be combined with items already on sale

Custom and personalized orders

Because my jeweled items are one of a kind, cannot be duplicated and are fragile to ship, I do not take returns. I package everything extremely well to prevent damage but buyer cannot guarantee they they will be able to do the same so shipping back and forth is a risk for damage. For this reason, I cannot take returns.

Custom and personalized orders

I am open to taking custom orders that are paid in full before I begin work. I will communicate in detail with the buyer with working photos of item in production to address all custom requests that I can. Once item is complete and buyer is happy with final photos, item will be shipped and there are no refunds or cancellations.
