✨ Note: To save your shipping costs, all of our dresses are packed and shipped in a waterproof bag so they're
carefully folded and the integrity of the fabric preserved, it may have folds when it arrives so you'd simply need to hang up the dresses for some days or use an iron to make it smooth, after you do that, you'll see the amazing dress.

✨ Process Time: In general, because all of our dresses are handmade, we'll need 15-20 business days to make your dress. Then, the shipping delivery time will be 5-7 business days.

✨ Rush Order:
We accept rush orders. Please do contact us through ETSY messages if you need them. An additional fee of $40-80 USD will be charged depending on the complexity of the dress.

✨ Return Policy:
We accept returns or refunds If the dress has a quality problem, but unfortunately we won't if you just simply don’t like it. We can provide free modifications to the dress depending on your suggestions. Please note that the return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

The majority of problems from customers that we encounter are size related problems, so we strongly recommend that you choose the 'customize' option so we can accurately and precisely have the custom measurements of your body according to the 'How to Measure' guide link that we provided above.

We have 3+ tailors that carefully measure the dress size before it's shipped out to you.

If the dress size isn't the same as the measurements that you provided us, we'll not send the dress out until they're both the same. If you find that when receiving the dress it doesn't fit your body, please do check the size you provided us and measure your body again to check if you sent us the correct size.
Please understand that we can't accept refunds if you just simply didn't like the dress.

Please note that all return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

As all of our dresses and clothing is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately 2-3 cm either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing is made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible

Our all dresses are handmade made, after you place order
we'll need 1-2 days to confirm your measurements and color information,
then we will buy and match the fabric to custom make it for you.
In general, to make one dress need 2-3 weeks and the
delivery time is around 5-7 business days.
So the total delivery time after you place order is about 19-25 business days.
