How long does custom art take?

I usually start working on your art within 24 hours of you placing the order. Please be sure to send me any photos needed, and check back frequently. I’ll let you know if I need other reference photos, and ask if need any other info. I’ll message you when to look for a draft (usually within 1-3 days)

Can you make animals other than dogs and cats?

Yes, I can make art of any animal. Canaries, guinea pigs, bearded dragons, pigs, donkeys, unicorns, and a chicken, to name a few.

Can I have more than one pet in my art? Or a custom background?

Yes! For additional pets - just purchase the 'Add a Pet' item for each additional pet. Contact me for special backgrounds and other additions.

Are these photos good enough?

You can message me photos before placing an order, if you want to double check. I am a flexible artist, as long as there is a good face shot, and a photo that shows the neck and shoulders clearly, it should be fine.

Can you rush ship - I need this gift fast!

Not exactly - but I can send you a digital image you can print and put into a card with a coming soon message. These items are custom printed, and I can’t make that go faster. All items (except digital) are manufactured after you order, and that can take 4-10 business days, depending on the item, and then it ships. Holidays can cause further delays.

I’m sending this as a gift, will the price be included in the order

You can send this item directly to your recipient, there is no price receipt in the package. Please double check that shipping address, as I can’t change it once the item is in production.

Once I have submitted the item for print, I am no longer able to change the shipping address with the service, so please double check your address! Sorry.

My package didn't arrive, is damaged, or not what I ordered!

It’s rare a package doesn’t arrive, but possible. Please follow the tracking numbers and if it’s more than 2 weeks past the expected delivery date, contact me, and I’ll follow up with the manufacturer. If your item is damaged or poor quality contact me and send photos of the issue. I cannot offer refunds once an item is produced, but if it is damaged or poorly printed on arrival, I can arrange for a replacement.
