I only work with Zweigart 18 mesh mono canvas at this time. Should you want a different mesh count - let's discuss your custom canvas.

I use acrylic paints for the design.

All of these are truly custom - painted to your specifications when you order. Therefore, please understand that production to ship time could vary based on complexity. I will do my best to get this out the door. However, should there be any impact to you getting your canvas, I will make sure to update you ASAP with expected timeframes. I want to make sure you get your canvas in a timely fashion.

Note that as these are all hand painted, there could be some imperfections (but I'll do my best to make them top notch!). I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist, so please reach out should something not meet your expectations.

I will use standard acrylic colors from the Liquitex Basics. I can custom mix any color that you are looking for - so if you want something that is different than listed, let's work together to achieve the color you want. Look at the palette options on the shop home page for inspiration.

While we do not process refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, we want to make sure that you are happy with your product. At the end of the day - this is a your needlepoint project! If something looks really off, please let me know. Happy to talk you through the process.

Absolutely! Feel free to contact me. I can sketch something out to see if that is your vision. We can discuss prices for the custom piece. We would confirm details and expectations before proceeding. Only once we are both on the same page would I continue with the process.

FYI I will not run spell check or alter spellings when creating custom orders. I will paint the custom text by copying the exact text included with the order. I will use your text as entered as the to be spelling, etc. If I happen to notice something that seems very out of place, I may choose to message a customer for clarification at my discretion; however, customers are ultimately responsible for proofreading their order.

All the measurements speak to the actual size of the painted canvas. If you want something larger format, please reach out to see if that is an option. Prices may vary depending on the scale.
