Production
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, and allows me to customize each order so you're getting a true original. Returns/Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of this product, I don't accept returns because I cannot resell or recover my costs associated with producing the custom product. If the item is damaged in any way, please let me know and I can work with the manufacturer to get the product exchanged. Also, I provide mocks ups for custom products so you will see a close representation of the product before it's ordered. If you change your mind, I will cancel the order before it's set to production and can refund your money.
