Why are most of the designs in ZIP folders?

Etsy has file size limits, so I'm forced to put the files inside compressed (zipped) folders before I upload them to my shop. Please contact me if you're having trouble extracting the files.

Can I get a bulk discount?

As I keep my prizes very affordable already, I'm not offering any bulk discounts.

Can I get a custom design?

I'm not taking any custom orders at the moment.

You'll get the files as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is a download link in purchases and reviews under your profile tab on Etsy.com, and also in your receipt email from Etsy. Please contact me if you're unable to locate your files.
