I've purchased a brushset. Where do I access it?

You can find your files in the 'Purchases and Reviews' section of your account (accessed via the Etsy website, not the app!). You should be able to access and download the files from your order there. Etsy should have also sent you an email containing the files.

Why is my download a PDF file and not a brushet file?

Some brushset files and paper preset files are very large, and Etsy does not allow us to upload files larger than 20MB. Therefore, for some brushsets we provide PDF guides which contain the download links to the brushset instead.

I've purchased a brushset, but the download link doesn't work?

This happens occasionally when OneDrive or Dropbox updates. Please send me a message and I can get a fresh link for you :)

I've downloaded the brushes but they seem to be in folders?

Sometimes when you download .brushset files through Google Chrome or other browsers the file is automatically unzipped, which is not what we want. If you suspect this has happened, try downloading the files again using Safari on your iPad directly (rather than airdopping the files from your computer) In the case Safari also fails, send me a message (and some screenshots if possible, they can help me diagnose the problem quicker) and I can help you out.
