Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

For physical products, due to the made-to-order nature of the items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any query or request for customizable items through our message conversation during the order process. For customized items, we only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate them! For digital products, due to the digital nature of files, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the file/s please contact us for further assistance. If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

MindSprout is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen -- all circumstances which are beyond our control. We cannot refund or cancel orders. Once your item has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

For clothing items, please wash inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. For mats with anti-slip backing, please use warm water and dish soap to clean spots off your pad. It's not necessary to soak the whole pad. For hard-to-clean spots, use a soft-bristled brush.

What are the sizing & color details? What if it doesn't match my expectations?

A detailed size chart is available in all physical product listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size and color. As for our printables, colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and it may appear differently in print than on screen. The final print quality will depend on the printer and paper used.

How do I download the files I purchased?

1. Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser 2. Go to "Your account" 3. Go to "Purchases and reviews" 4. Next to the order, select Download Files Note: If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order. This brings you to the Downloads page. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray. If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam, junk, social, or promotions inbox. Please save the files to your device immediately after purchase.

What are the terms of use for all your digital products?

The files are for personal use only. You are prohibited to share, edit, resell, or post files online on publicly available sites without the express written permission from the creators of MindSprout. You may print, design, and use the file/s in your home or work place but may not resell, reproduce, distribute, or profit in any way from the printable products and designs. To be clear, you may not share the files you have purchased to your friends and family. You may however print them and use them in your own home as many times as you need. You're also free to share my shop info with friends and family so they can enjoy my activities too. Contact me for extended printing licenses.

Where can I print these files?
