Service and seller are excellent. The pendant part of the necklace is larger and shinier than I expected, but nice! However, the included chain is very yellow—much more so than the pendants, and it looks artificial. I know it’s not actually gold, but a more neutral gold tone would have been nicer. I’m not sure if it’s possible to switch it out for another chain because of how it’s made. It would be too expensive to ship back, so I’ll keep it
