If you're looking for something in particular, please feel free to ask us! After closing our brick and mortar store shortly after Covid, all of our supplies went into storage. We are continually going through those items and listing them. So its quite possible that we have what you are looking for, we just haven't listed it yet. And if we don't have it, we are always on the hunt for new product, and will try to find it for you. So don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are always happy to help!

🎨 Do you make any of the products you sell?

Although we are artisans ourselves, as of right now, all of the products we sell at this shop are curated from several wholesale shops.

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Message us for return instructions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as item arriving damaged or incorrect). Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and choose to return it, the original shipping cost (which we covered) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us with a description and clear photos of the issue for approval. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. If the exchange is due to an error on our part (sent the wrong item or item arrived damaged), we cover all shipping costs, including return and replacement shipping. If you are requesting an exchange for preference-based reasons (choosing a different size or color, etc.), you are responsible for the return and replacement shipping. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, your replacement item will be shipped within 7 business days.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Mistakes happen. We get it. But don't worry, we will gladly cancel accidental orders, no questions asked. As soon as you realize your mistake, just shoot us a message. But act quickly as we can only process your request up until USPS takes your package. Depending on the day and time, we could have your order processed and in the hands of a USPS worker within 30 minutes! (This is not a guarantee; see our processing times for more information.) Once your order is in USPS possession, you will have to wait until they deliver it to start the return process. See our return policy for more information.

Our baseline processing time is 1-2 business days. In addition to our in-home Etsy store, we also have full time jobs, along with a large and very busy household. These processing times give us some leeway in the event that we have to work later, our kids have an event, or an emergency comes up. However, we are typically able to process orders within a couple hours of placement. Sometimes, depending on the day and time you place your order, we can have orders completed and in the postman's hands in under 30 minutes! So be sure to double check your order before checking out!

🌍 Do you ship to the EU/EEA?

Yes! I’m happy to ship to EU/EEA countries via tracked shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. EU/EEA buyers can return items within 14 days in original condition; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
