When will my order ship?

Most of my items are made to order. Usually I ship within 3-5 business days. (this does not include delivery time). PLEASE check your address. I ship to the address provided by Etsy. I can't take any responsibility for lost packages due to wrong or incomplete addresses. If your package returns back due to unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, I will contact you to arrange reshipping. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred.

Prices are exempt from VAT - small business owner (art.1 comma 58 legge 190/2014)

I accept returns and exchanges Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED items Conditions of return For orders up to 50 Euro I will refund the price of the item minus shipping cost. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
