Seller's description

THESE ARE NOT PHYSICAL ITEMS. All the listings in our shop are for digital files and will be available for download immediately after purchase.

-----------------------

HOW IT WORKS:

Once payment is confirmed by Etsy, you can download the files from the Etsy orders section. Your downloads will always be accessible by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews.

The SVG and PNG files will be contained in ZIP files. PNG files are high resolution (300dpi).

Files are ready to use with all major electronic cutting machines, laser cutters, CNC machines, and any device that uses SVG files.

-----------------------

You are NOT allowed to:

• Sell or distribute the file.

• You cannot include the files or images in digital downloads and/or templates or give them away as a freebie.

• Edit or change the designs.

-----------------------

We always strive for 5-star service, but occasionally we may make mistakes.

If you are satisfied with your purchase please consider leaving a 5-star review. It helps other buyers know that we offer a good product.

If something has gone wrong please message us so we can make it right. Below are the answers to some commonly asked questions we get about our files:

—-- WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD MY FILES? —--

Your Etsy profile is located in the top-right corner of your Etsy page and usually has your profile picture next to a down arrow. Click on the profile picture and select ‘Purchases and reviews’ from the drop down menu. From there you will be able to download your purchase.

—-- WHY ISN’T MY SVG WORKING ON MY SILHOUETTE? —--

Silhouette software can struggle with SVGs sometimes. Here is an article that might be helpful:

—-- WHY CAN’T I OPEN THE ZIP FILE IN MY SOFTWARE? —--

Because Etsy limits the number of files that can be attached to any given listing, some of our downloads will be contained in zip folders. These folders will have to be unzipped before the SVG/PNG files can be used. Here is an article that may be helpful for unzipping folders:

—-- HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE THESE FILES? —--

These files can be used as many times as you would like for personal use. If you would like to use any of my files in a commercial capacity please get in contact with me first.

—-- DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK? —--

Currently I am not offering any custom work on orders. If you have specific questions related to my background as a designer please feel free to sed me a message.
