►Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes, for certain made-to-order items such as vinyl graphics, tire covers, and seat covers, we implement a minimum 35% restocking fee on returns of non-defective items. This fee helps cover the cost of materials, production time, and shipping when creating these custom products. Since these items are tailored to individual specifications, they cannot be resold, so the restocking fee is necessary.

We specialize in custom and personalized orders! If you have a specific design or idea in mind, please send us a message with the details. ►When will my order ship?

You can check your Etsy receipt for the estimated ship date. Go to your purchases and look for the receipt from our shop. Due to various factors, we can NOT guarantee a specific delivery date. Please note that we offer rush processing and expedited shipping; however, not every item is eligible. Please get in touch with us before making a purchase.

► Why did I only receive some of the items in my order?

We ship out all ready-to-ship designs in your order first for U.S. orders. Some designs take a bit longer to make and will ship separately. Please wait 2-3 business days for the rest of your order to arrive. If you have any other concerns, feel free to message us. We are here to help :)

► Can I install these graphics myself?

Yes, for sure! Our graphics are straightforward to install if you follow the tips and instructions that we give you. If you don't feel up for installing them, feel free to use a sign, body, or tint shop.

► What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

►What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

CDD Graffix & Designs is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- don't hesitate to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

►My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, which will increase during the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a consignment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will get your shipment, but we cannot guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they do not arrive on time. If your order did not arrive on time, please get in touch with us and the shipping carrier. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand that NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

►Where are your products manufactured?

We proudly design all of our graphics and decals in-house at our shop in South Carolina, USA. ❖Graphics, decals, and most vinyl products are both designed and manufactured in the USA and ship directly from our workshop. ❖Car accessories, apparel, and ornaments are produced through our trusted production partners located in Vietnam. These partners specialize in high-quality custom printing and help us bring our unique designs to life. We work with these partners because they deliver excellent craftsmanship and help us offer a wider variety of creative products. Items produced with our partners are shipped directly from their workshop after production is complete.

►Is there a charge for a setup/design fee?

Yes. Every custom order requires dedicated time and creative work from our designers. Because of this, all custom orders include a non-refundable design fee equal to 30% of your order total or $40.00, whichever is greater. This fee is applied to your order at the time of purchase and covers the design work regardless of the final outcome. If you are unhappy with your design, we will always work with you to make adjustments. However, if you choose not to move forward, the design fee portion is non-refundable. To get the best results, we encourage you to include as much detail as possible when ordering — reference images, colors, and any specific ideas are always welcome!

⚠️ BASIC INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1) Wipe down and clean the area where your decal/s will go. Make sure the area is clean and free from dirt and debris.
2) Peel off the decal and transfer tape from the backing paper.
3) Carefully apply the decal onto the area. Make sure to lay the decal flat to eliminate all air bubbles. Use a felt edge tool or squeegee to assist with the application if needed.
4) Carefully and slowly remove the transfer tape from the decal.
5) Repeat steps for any additional decal. Press firmly and gently rub the decal with a microfiber cloth or a felt squeegee tool while applying heat to assist with adhesion. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
