HOW IT WORKS

1. After you place your order you will be able to download two files directly from Etsy. These are just general instructions and some design tips.

2. CHECK YOUR EMAIL for an email from CORJL. This will include a link that will take you to your actual design so you can edit it. If you don't receive this email check your spam and then send us a message if you can't find it - we can send the link directly to you!

3. Edit your design in CORJL. We've included more instructions in CORJL but it's very user-friendly. If you mess up you can always revert back to the original and start over! If you get stuck, send us a message - we're here to help!

4. Once you have finished editing, you are ready to DOWNLOAD your design. You can download as a PDF or JPEG.

WHEN TO USE JPEG: If you are sending your design to a printer you will want a JPEG.

WHEN TO USE A PDF: If you are printing at home, PDF is the best option for you. For designs that will fit more than one on an 8.5" x 11" page, make sure to check the "SAVE PAPER" option and it will put multiple copies of the same design on one page.

5. Once you have downloaded your design you're ready to send to a printer or print at home! You can return to your design anytime and can print as many copies as you need! You can use the same design over and over again! All we ask is that you don't share it with others - we try to keep our prices low, please refer them to our shop to order their own!

6. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, please, please contact us and give us 24 hours to respond (we usually reply much quicker). We are happy to fix any issue you're having!
