Your prices seem high! Why?

I’m a private apothecary that makes all my blends as they’re ordered so there’s max shelf life and purity. All herbs used are certified organic and all are ground in a mortar and pestle. I have pretty severe carpal tunnel so it gets painful and blisters form after multiple orders back to back, but it’s important for me to keep the authenticity and tradition of witchcraft alive. I purchase a lot on Etsy myself and have been ripped off with weak or cheap oils that have minimal base ingredients. It’s what inspired me to expand my client base to online. My apothecary products aren’t mass produced, they’re all made with ritual and each package I send comes with a personal longevity spell. All of that and I give away a TON of freebies :)

Are your herbs and oils certified organic?

Yes! All products are either well known name brands or made myself using high end products. Green witchcraft doesn’t have space for pesticides.

Are your bones from hunted animals?

Short answer? No. Full disclosure: Long answer is unless I state that I found the bone organically on my own, I can’t say 100% if my distribution partners are on the level. I don’t use vendors I don’t trust, but there’s always the possibility of a lie somewhere down the line since I didn’t procure it myself.

All oils need to be stored out of direct sunlight in a climate controlled environment for max shelf life. Oils expire fairly quickly (6 months-1 year) unless made with olive oil. If your oil “smells off” it’s time to toss it and buy a new one. Herbs and flowers can speed up the expiration process so I advise customers to avoid them. Message with your order that you don’t want herbs or flowers in your oil but see them included. It’s never an issue to strain them!!
