I do not give refunds for items that do not fit, or are wrong color, ext. unless we have agreed to arrangements prior to the sell. I do not refund shipping cost. No exceptions. I DO give refunds if I made a mistake and misrepresented the item. When the item is shipped I will send a customs form or tracking number.
