I placed a rush order with Karen with the agreement to get it by the end of May, approximately a week before my wedding day. I'm unsure why my shipping got delayed, but I ended up receiving it 2 days before my wedding. The dress is absolutely stunning and fits me perfectly, but I've stressed so much wondering if I'll receive it on time after the day of our agreement passed. She told me to not worry and that delivery usually takes less than 10 days, but in my case it took 12 days. Etsy says that she typically replies within a day, but she would go between 2-3 days without replying to my messages. While I understand that she probably has a lot of orders at once, this made my experience very stressful for me. Although, she did everything she could to try to make the delivery faster and make sure I get my dress before the wedding.
