Communication with them was great, despite the very long distance and time difference! My only LITTLE hiccup was I was originally only given one tracking number but because I ordered such a large order (1,430 candles), they sent them in two shipments, but didn't let me know until I realized only half of my order came and I messaged them, then they let me know what happened. But, the rest of them were delivered two days later, so I am a happy customer! Our church ordered them as giveaways to our Moms on Mother's Day. Love them!! The packaging of the gift is beautiful and the packaging for shipping them was awesome!
