We will not provide a replacement or a refund for an order that is made with an "?" on it, and you agree to this policy when purchasing from us. Emojis are trademarked, they're usually color, and they are not engravable. Please do not provide us engraving notes for other languages, as we can only engrave Latin based characters.

No. Unless we have express permission from the trademark owner that we can use a logo or name for us to sell products for a profit, we absolutely do not engrave anything trademarked. We do not engrave greek letters or words and we do not do the names or initials of fraternities or sororities for any reason. We do not engrave the names of universities, schools or any other organization. If you can provide on letterhead permission to use a name or design from your institution, we may be able to accommodate you.

All engravings/personalization will default to OUR style unless stated in the "notes to seller" at checkout. Even if you send us a message, if we do not respond and the engraving comes out differently than you planned, we are not held responsible as we receive an influx of messages daily.

On the last review I mentioned an issue with sale pricing and shipping. But I do want to point out that he at least was pretty quick to get back to me. Also, this is silly doing to reviews for one order. I purchased two of the same items (with customization) at the same time.

I asked about the pricing because I was 2 pennies short of having free shipping, otherwise I was paying almost the cost of a third jewelry box for shipping. But the seller said he couldn't change the sale price. Not sure if he was just pulling my leg. I ended up waiting until the sale was done to pay a little more for each item and get free shipping to save overall. I guess the sale was good if you wanted to purchase several.
