When will I receive my Digital Download files?

Any digital downloads will be available to be downloaded immediately after payment is made. Any custom work will take 5 - 10 business days for a draft to be sent through and the final work will be sent once the draft has been approved. We do not sell any physical products so nothing will be shipped out. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.

Where can I download my purchase from?

If you have purchased through Etsy as a guest, a link to the file will be sent to your email address - be sure to check your spam/junk folder if it is not in your inbox. If you have purchased through a Etsy account, you can download through the link in the email receipt or you can go to your account, click on ‘Purchases and Review’ and click on ‘Download Files’.

How many times can I use the digital download?

You can download and print as many times as you like and you do not have to pay again. If you cannot find a link to the product in your email, please send me a message and I will be able to see you have ordered the product before and send you a copy via email.

How long do custom orders take?

Once the order has been placed, I will begin to create a draft file. The draft will be sent to you as a JPG file for your approval - this will take between 5 - 10 business days. Once you approve the product, a file containing all products you have purchased will be sent to you.

What if I am not happy with the custom order?

We send drafts to ensure you are happy with the final product and only finalise the product once you have provided written approval. If written approval has been received the product is finalised and we will not revise under the order. If you are not happy, we will be happy to revise for a cost. Please email us for further information regarding this.

Can I request a customer order for something that is not listed in your shop?

Absolutely, just send us a message and will discuss your options with you.

What if there is a problem with my order/product?

Our store policy states that all sales are final and as our sales are digital products it is difficult to allow for refunds and returns. If there are any problems, please send me a message and I will review the issue and try my best to provide assistance and support.

Can I re-sell or distribute your items?

I do not allow for the re-sale or distribution of my products. I have spent a lot of time on creating each product and hope you enjoy it. The products are strictly for personal use only, however if you would like a product for re-sale, please send me a message.

When will my order be shipped?

Each item is mde to order and will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Any custom orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email from Etsy with tracking information.

We recommend printing on MATTE or SATIN paper with 180 gsm or higher for the best quality print.

Our designs look the best when printed using laser printer or using professional printers.

☁️ WHAT YOU GET:

You will receive each colour in high resolution JPEG files with differing aspect ratios, which can be resized to fit into varying frame sizes. Altogether there is 16 files.

2:3 ratio for sizes:
4x6", 6x9", 8x12" , 10x15" , 12x18" , 20x30"

3:4 ratio for sizes:
6x8", 9x12", 12x16", 15x20", 18x24"

4:5 ratio for sizes:
4x5" , 8x10" , 11x14" , 12x15" , 16x20"

ISO ratio for sizes:
A5, A4, A3, A2, A1

Files can be resized to fit any of the above but we recommend no larger than 20"x30" to maintain best quality, however, if you would like a size larger than this, please send use a message and we can have one custom made for you.

- Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings as well as print settings.
- Final print quality will depend on paper stock, printer and any finishes.
- If you do not have a "Print-To-Edge" printer, you will have a white border around your artwork. We recommended professional printing.

Wonderful addition to my kitchen. Very easy to download. This was the cheapest price on Etsy for this print. Simple to have developed at Walmart through their app for $12 for this 16x20 print.
