Are the designs editable?

Some of our designs are editable and some are simply printable as they are! Details can be found on each listing whether you can edit the wording or not.

I need help customising my template

No worries - we regularly check our inbox for all questions. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for us to get back to you, we will do so as quickly as possible.

Can I change the size of the product?

We try to provide a good range of predone sizes for you need. At this time the size of the templates is restricted to what is listed on the listing description. However please get in touch as we may be able to create a custom size for you to purchase.

Can I change the colour of the design?

At this time the colour of the listings is restricted to what is shown in the product image for our non-editable designs. On our editable designs, the colours of the text can be edited but not the graphics.

What are the terms of use?

The purchase of a template is for personal and business use (unless stated otherwise in the listing description) however you may not share the templates in their original form (i.e. as a template). You can edit, save and download your template unlimited times for editing and proofing purposes. Our templates have no download limit or expiry.

I changed my mind and want a refund, is this possible?

Due to the nature of our products being downloadable, the download link will instantly be accessible to you. Therefore we do not offer refunds. However we are more than happy to assist with any questions you may have regarding your product.

Do I need a desktop to edit the files?

You can access most of our files on a mobile, tablet or desktop however we recommend using a desktop for editing our editable Canva templates for the best user experience. You will need to access your download file from Etsy's desktop rather than the Etsy App.
