My order for 2 raffias arrived today. They are a different shade and will look different in my project, but I contacted the seller and she offered to send me new raffias. She is very helpful. I will continue buying from her.

Response from Hilda

Hi dear, since they are natural colors, sometimes a tone of different products can come out of the same package. But believe me, there isn't more than 1 tone difference between them and it isn'teasy to notice. It takes a lot of attention to notice the change. Thank you for your review 🌸
