DID NOT RECEIVE (lost in mail) - Eligible for one replacement OR Refund of purchase price less shipping cost ONLY after 10 FULL BUSINESS DAYS has passed since date of shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS of any kind. DID NOT RECEIVE (customer put in wrong address)- customer must pay a re-shipping fee to get a replacement. NO REFUNDS. DAMAGED - We will replace or refund ONCE with proof of damage except for decals in cold months (see below) DECALS - We DO NOT replace decals if you try to apply it in temperatures under 50 degrees and it gets messed up. Digital downloads are NOT eligible for refunds. REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT in any other situation will be handled on case by case basis * BUSINESS DAYS are M-F and DO NOT include weekends or Holidays.

STICKER & DECAL INFO AND POLICIES

We sell several types of stickers including some are outdoor safe, some are not. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS Also, stickers are stickers and decals are decals. If it says STICKER in the title its NOT a decal. If you don't know what you are buying you MUST ASK BEFORE PURCHASE. There are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS. DECAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Decals must be applied to a hard smooth surface. MUST be applied in temperatures OVER 50 degrees to qualify for replacements November - May Clean surface with rubbing alcohol Peel the transfer tape (clear top layer) from the backing. The design should be pulled up with it Carefully apply to smooth surface while using a credit card to smooth out bubbles Once applied, slowly peel off transfer tape.
