No, all our prints are physical and are sent through trusted and reliable carriers!

Yes, we sell digital files but message me first so I can set up the digital listing, we can not change the normal physical listing to a digital one.

As our print and frames are made to order we are unable to accept returns for unwanted prints. We don't accept frame returns or exchanges as they are made to order and can not be resold, please make sure you order the correct size. Please be sure you want your print before ordering as we won't be able to issue you with a refund if you decide you no longer want it. We have had to take this stance due to the large number of fraudulent claims for refunds, this is now our refund policy without any exceptions.

We only accept cancellations if the order hasn't been printed or processed yet. Our prints are pushed automatically to our ordering system and are automatically bulk printed and packed. Even though your order may say "Not Dispatched" it has gone into the production queue. We try our hardest to get prints out, so your print could have been processed/printed only an hour after ordering! The time limit to accept any cancellations (again, only if not been printed) is 3 hours.

We are happy to offer replacements for damaged or incorrect items, these need to be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Custom and personalised orders

Please check your address or a recipients address, we can't offer free replacement orders if you have put the wrong address on your order. We'll do our best to update the address before sending but our printing system is automated and they are often labelled and packed before you get a despatch email, we send out 100's each week and its impossible to find a individual order. We cannot issue a refund or free replacements if the wrong address was wrong when you ordered. We have had to take this stance due to the large number of claims for refunds, this is now our address policy without any exceptions.
