PURCHASING
- Please do not request to make changes or add anything on the existing design that has shown in the display picture unless the personalization is available.
- If you want to add an additional design to back of hoodie or sweatshirt, it comes with additional charge. You may check 'back of hoodie & sweatshirt' section for more details.

STOCK
- Some colors may not be available in our stocks sometimes and we'll try to source them from warehouses as soon as possible. Rarely even warehouses may not have stocks for the color(s) you chose while purchasing. In these circumstances, your wait time may got longer than the expected.
- You'll be informed if the warehouse has lack of stock for some colors. If anything occurs like that, either you may change the color or can wait for the color you'd like to have.

COLOR ARRANGEMENT
- The design colors can be arranged to create contrast on hoodies or sweatshirts in some circumstances. For example; if the hoodie color is black and design is dark color, design can come with white frame or fully white color to specify it better on the hoodie. This can be applied for every dark color. If you have any question you may contact with seller anytime.

CUSTOM
- If you’d like to add or change anything on the existing design that has shown in the display picture, please contact with the seller on Etsy message box to learn availability of personalization unless the personalization section is open.

- If you have any additional design requests for the back of hoodie or sweatshirt, contact with seller firstly. We will redirect you for the next steps for your purchase because additional design requests for the back of hoodies & sweatshirts are chargeable.

Production Duration: 1-3 days
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days after production time. Delivery time frame might take longer than usual due to pandemic, if you are in a rush for your order, please upgrade the shipping at checkout)
Available Upgrade for Expedited Shipping/Delivery (This does not affect the production time, production time remains the same, expedited shipping is only for delivery time that will be under the control of Couriers)
