I am delighted with this order. I purchased two embroidered handkerchiefs for my dad and brother following my mum’s death. They are embroidered with her handwriting and I know they will be delighted to receive them. The customer service was fantastic. Hayley was really responsive to my queries and was able to piece together a message from several different writing sources. Hayley also matched the thread with the colour ink my mum had used. The handkerchiefs are good quality, the embroidery looks fantastic and is really accurate to my mum’s handwriting. At such a difficult time I couldn’t be happier with my order. I was genuinely touched to also receive an additional handkerchief for myself, with was such an amazing gesture from Hayley. I highly recommend Happy Little Bears and their products!
