Please open the canvas as soon as possible and inspect it for any damage. If there are any issues, I am ready to replace it right away. Storing the artwork in a garage or leaving it packaged for an extended period can lead to wrinkles, as canvas should be kept at room temperature to maintain its quality.

Hang this wall art only with hardware rated for the full weight of the piece and appropriate for your wall type (stud, drywall, or masonry). For heavier items, mount into a stud whenever possible; if using drywall, use properly rated anchors and screws. MOST canvases and frames for USA orders are fulfilled in the USA. SOME canvases may come from Europe if there is a lack of stock in the USA.
All Europe orders are fulfilled in Europe.
Canada and Australia orders are fulfilled in your own continent OR in Europe.
Orders for all other countries are fulfilled in Europe.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
There should NOT be duty for USA, Europe, Australia, and Canada orders! Occasionally they can slip through. If you do get a bill, please send me a photo and pay it, and I will refund this amount.

Our turnaround times (from order placement to delivery) are as follows:

USA - Usually under 10 days (between 7 and 10). A few larger sizes and frame colors may take up to 12-15 days. If fast delivery is important, please contact us to ask about a specific size and frame.
If you need your painting ASAP, for USA only, FOR SOME SIZES (you can see which sizes are excluded at checkout), I can offer RUSH PRINTING for $20. This will save you SEVERAL days from the expected delivery date.
Europe - Usually under 10-15 days. Some sizes can arrive in under 10 days.
